Course Description: Come join the fun learning a new language in an engaging, interactive setting. This full year course introduces the student to conversational Spanish through pictures, games, and activities. Students develop auditory and oral language skills, acquire basic vocabulary and grammar structures, and expand cultural horizons learning about the Spanish-speaking world. After this program, students will be able to comprehend basic conversations and be better prepared for Spanish 1.

This course is a full year and will prepare students to jump into Spanish 1. 6th graders who have completed this class may take Spanish 1 in 7th grade if they are interested in doing so.
