  • Served as History department chair (2016-present) and 8thgrade team leader (2013-2017)

  • Current member of the Campus Leadership Team, AVID Site Team, and Campus Improvement Team

  • Served on the Attendance Committee (2007-2008) and Community Involvement Committee (2009-2010)

  • UIL Academic Coordinator (2007-present) – prepare 7thand 8thgrade students for competition in 16 different academic contests and work with surrounding schools to host our yearly UIL Academic Tournament

Classroom Items Needed: money for “Teachers Pay Teachers” - each innovative lesson is about $3-$5, Amazon card for paper & ink, Walmart card for supplies: glue, tape, craft materials
