Curriculum: Exploring Creation with Marine Biology, 2nd edition

Materials required: Exploring Creation with Marine Biology, 2nd edition Textbook & Solutions and Test Manual (*All lab supplies and fees are included in registration fee)
24 pack of colored pencils and an at home stapler are also needed.

Recommended Age: 10th -12th grade; It is recommended that students have completed Biology 1

Course Description: From oceans, including plate tectonics, salinity & density, waves, tides, and other physical characteristics to an exciting study of sea creatures and the different types of ocean zones. Also included, sections on life in the sea, marine invertebrates, marine vertebrates, marine ecology, the intertidal zone, estuary communities, coral reefs, continental shelf communities, the deep ocean, and more. This course counts as 1 credit on a high school transcript.
